Does Frozen Mallet stack with Frost Shot?

I was playing a game with my friend the other day, and he mentioned that he was surprised to find out that the slow from Nunu's Ice Blast apparently stacks with the slow from Rylai's Crystal Scepter (now that's slow).

This made me curious to know if Forzen Mallet and Ashe's Frost Shot would interact the same way. Has anyone tried a Mallet on Ashe?

Yes, Mallet and Frost Shot stack for an effective 55.5% slow

Since they're multiplicative

Blade of the Ruined King is actually more effective overall to be honest. No cooldown amplification, but scales with AD and is quite effective. Oh and MS steal rather than just slow!!!

But the build is support Ashe. With Frozen Mallet/Gunblade, your damage isn't meaningless, but your slowing prowess is unmatched; you can even add in an Iceborn Gauntlet for good measure if you really want.

Guys, guys, you could get Gunblade AND Blade of the Ruined King. Ungodly amounts of sustain and plenty of slowing power.

Sadly no. The strongest item slow and the strongest spell slow will take priority at any given time. Frozen Mallet is a stronger slow than BroFist, so Frozen Mallet will take priority over BroFist on the target.

How do you of all people not know that ALL SPELL SLOWS STACK, EVEN THOSE FROM ITEMS? This hasn't changed for years. The only non-stacking phenomenon that occurs is that passive slows DON'T stack; which applies to Frozen Mallet, Phage, Trinity Force and Rylai's. Randuin's Omen's passive slow get's a free ride because it's a defensive slow.
