Need help getting my account back after incorrect username/password. Tried submitting a ticket, but quickly realized that it was a robot, after it asked me questions I've already answered multiple times (relating to RP purchases). I answered all the questions it asked, and yet it continued to say I've not given enough info. So, if I could talk to a comprehensive human that would be nice.
