I voted for the tenacity items, Elixir, Madreds, and Force of Nature.

We need more Tenacity, and those items are planned to return with upgrades of them or for themselves.

Elixir of agility really just needs to come back. Why is that even gone?

FoN kind of filled a hole in tanks where MR is hard to come by. It isnt even competitive against armor with it. It's not too strong. Though maybe it needs a different passive now that it is stuck to Warmogs.

And OMG volibear and similar champs impossible to take down without the right carry (ie: kog, vayne). Bring back dat madreds pls.

Soul Shroud by reworked, Mana Manipulator needs another build path.
They would need to rework it though

The problem on Summoner's Rift now (based on observation) is that teams with multiple HP stacking bruisers with moderate defenses are dominating the more conventional old s2 comps. I guess when Riot said they're looking to shift the meta to something fun and exciting, they did that... but pulling the Bloodrazor was the event that ensured this. Blade of the Ruined king pales in effectiveness compared to the bloodrazor for punishing HP stacking champs.

In terms of item countering, Madreds was easily mitigated with a fair amount of magic resist. In s3 with the Blade, it's as simple as buying a thornmail. Since Thornmail's return damage output is larger than the lifesteal provided by this item. A champion looking to mitigate a dominating bruiser will get put into the dirt wasting their time buying the Blade. As much as I'd like to continue roflstomping people as a supertank top laner, I think there should at least be something that the opposition could buy to make the freight trains more manageable.
