Just an idea on a character, and I'd like any feedback. The idea is theft, but it's not connected simply to stealing gold.
Cynire Bladewing
Thieves almost always exist, but the best are the ones that are never heard of. Cynire was one of these, simply living day to day, making quick raids on more lavish homes whenever the opportunity came. By chance, he stumbled upon the home of his city's champion one evening, overhearing of the conversation there. If there were the famous in the League, there would be the rich as well, and greater opportunities seemed clear if he followed.
"What do you mean, everything that's not nailed down? I'll take that stuff, too."

Passive - Escape Artist
Whenever Cynire dodges an attack, he removes any stuns, locks, or slows currently on him, and gains a 20% movement bonus for 5 seconds.
Q - Life Steal - Passive/Active - 10/15/20/25/30 MP - 8/7/6/5/4 Sec. Cooldown
Passive - Cynire can take the traces of life from his attacks. (Regains 1/2/3/4/5 HP per attack)
Active - Cynire quickly attacks an opponent, syphoning off a bit of life for his own use. (The next attack deals an additional 10/15/20/25/30 + 0.6 AP damage, 100% damage regenerated.)
W - Pickpocket - Passive
When Cynire has attacked a champion, their natural gold flow is halted and he gains it instead. Lasts 5/7/9/11/13 seconds. In addition, if an enemy is killed while this effect is applied, it lasts until they respawn.
(Other idea: Every third attack, Cynire gains 1/2/3/4/5 gold. If the target is a champion, the same amount is lost from their gold pool.)
E - Flash Mirage - Active - 50/60/70/80/90 MP - 50/45/40/35/30 Sec. Cooldown
Cynire quickly jumps a very short distance, using the confusion to move. He warps a short distance, and for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds afterwards, gains a 20% chance of dodging attacks.
R (Ultimate) - Spirit Steal - Active - 100/90/80 MP - 120/90/60 Sec. Cooldown
Cynire steals the spirit of the enemies. For 8 seconds, any healing (including natural healing) of enemy champions is halved, and Cynire's health is healed by the same amount. (Large area.)
(Other idea: Cynire steals the very technique from a person's soul. The cooldown on all of their moves is increased by 50%/75%/100%, and for 50/100/150 seconds, this skill is treated as their ultimate skill of the same level, with its cooldown initially at 0. Cooldown of 200 seconds.)
Any comments, suggestions, or specific numbers that people could add to this would be appreciated, especially for the ranges of the skills, or for the proper stats.
