so i have been banned for the past 12 days and have only recently been able to acces my email, but i cannot find a msg stating why i was banned i have a msg confirming i brought a 10 riot points card but there is no msg telling me why i was banned and when i will be un banned ?

You can file a support request at the top right hand corner of the screen to find out the needed information.

check your spam folder, if still nothing, Then check your account settings to see which email is attached to the account. If the email is correct then open a support ticket and request (nicely) for your reform card to be resent to you. it may take a few days.

i will be unbanned within a day so i sent a inquiry about why i got no msg but its a little late because i will be un banned within a day it just would of been nice to know why

It could be a leaverbuster ban then since those send out no emails for leaving/afking games. However this sounds like a 2 week ban from Tribunal or perhaps a manual ban by Riot, have you been banned in the past?
