I understand the rational behind it -- give people who pay RP a chance to play the Champion they just bought for the first week -- but couldn't that also be said for anyone who purchases it with IP too? Wish there was something for the players who already have everything.
This will reduce people *****ing at each other saying hey I called this champ first.

SEND A TICKET INTO RIOT FOR THE DIFFERENCE BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT UNDER ACCOUNT GENERAL...... THAT IS ALL....

or (if you did use them all) use one of your 3 lifetime refunds in the market shop in the purchases tab.
