Awesome this is much better. Very similar to SC2 ranking system which is the best I've ever ran into.

What if no one in your "league" is on at 4am... That mean you cant play ranked?

This kinda makes me want to quit league. I only started playing a lot so I could get good enough to raise my elo & be proud of it. ._. What point is there in doing this
