i like the sound of this new patch, seems cool. the buffs and nerfs seem pretty fair to me, except for the eve nerfs, that was pretty overboard

Diana Was Not Buffed Enough

Ouch ... practically took away one of Heimerdinger's BEST features in a patch that didn't even touch the champion himself.

The guy isn't terribly effective in team fights. The thing that Heimer is best at is laning and pushing. But now towers will target his turrets FIRST, severely decreasing his pushing potential (and contribution to teamfights that take place under towers).

I don't think they meant to do this, but they inadvertently took a neutered champ and cut off his short, short leg. =0(

I really like what was done to Flask. It really needed to provide more health and mana for what it was, and I'll take a bit of a cost increase for that. Still mulling over everything else

Really glad they didnt fully nerf riven as first revealed, but it still seems like a nerf versus actually balancing.

crystaline flask changes make me sad, I rather liked having a fair bit of cheap sustain at the beginning of the game, with the additional gold on your first back it really made how you divvy it up a little more important.

Loving lizard elder on vi, her e aoe procs it, makes clearing waves very easy, helps those who try to get away, and puts a nice hurt on some bruisers and tanks.
