Hey guys, well I KNOW everyone here is probably tired of all the trolls who can't suck it up during que's and work out roles with their other team mates. This is a much bigger problem when it comes to ranked games as people have to dodge which causes a wait time of 30 minutes for those who had to do it so their elo didn't go down while the people who were causing the problem will just get to play the next game.

I read a post by an admin about you guys trying to figure out a fix for this which is great and all; I think it had to do with a vote system during champion select. This sounds like a pretty good idea but could also cause problems if the votes are disputed and such.

MY SUGGESTION:

Create a system in which where when you click the type of game you want, each player also chooses the role they would like to pick out of the five roles as well as an "fill" role: Top, Mid, Jungle, Bot, Support, Fill.

Those 6 above would be the rolls to choose from. I'm sure people would still troll and forget to change their role and stuff but I think this would be a great start to fixing a very annoying and troublesome problem for many.

I though bout this a few days ago. I think its a good idea. How many times people had the issue of 2 stubborn player that want to top for example. This lead to either a troll pick or someone that is playing a role that he doesnt enjoy and most likely isn't good at it.

The role selection would be made when you queue and once you are in game, you add extra icons to indicate the role of each players (very similar to many modern mmorpgs).

In long term, player could have a "sub" Elo rating for each of the roles and the queue system would match similar "sub" Elo roles together. This will allow people to ease into other role to be more flexible.

Also, with pre determine role, you (riot) can collect data and apply suspension on repeated troll pick. By troll pick, I dont mean a champ "out is meta lane" but more a player that pick champ totally not suitable for the role and dont make it work.

note: Your title isnt very good. Its not a new queue system but more an ehancement to the current one.
