and why exactly are you using your ult on a target with 100 hp? Eve has other tools in her kit. W in and wreck their face before they have a chance to react. even at 1000 health left it is easy for eve to burst that down in under 2 seconds. or just use the old DFG to finish...that still does max hp dmg.

she's an assassin. you're free to use her spells how ever u want to in order to finish them off. Not anymore, cross her ult off the list. especially since shes more mana hungry than before now and not any tankier, it's not wise.
She's an ASSASSIN

most of the support arguments here are just wow...

yall are like elementary literature teachers who try and teach symbolism by making a connection between the smallest excuses.
