Your client seems to have been in derpmode since the preseason started.
I was actually planning to get in one more ranked game before the patch, so I joined the queue. After which I hit the waiting for people button thing, at which point, it shows nobody there for about 3 mins or so. I then alt+f4 (quit) and immediately before the process is stopped, I see the banning lobby.
I then relog, and end up having to wait 30 mins to rejoin a queue.

Riot.... I hate your client SO much.....
