annie eyes doesnt fit her body but but keep up the good work (sivir next or kassadin)

A pretty cool visual upgrade for annie, but to be honest, i don't feel she needed it as much as sivir did. Sivir is by far the worst looking champion at the moment and i really hope she gets a face lift next. Also, my only gripe is that when you zoom in to annie's 3d model, her face looks like a grown woman more than an child.

Why is she, a 4 year old, wearing heavy eyeliner on any skin but goth?

I absolutely love everything else about the redesign but this seems a little toddlers and tiaras.

I realize that the old skin had eyeliner, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was used because of the detail level and using it to end her eyes.
Now with the level of detail on the rework.. it's a little bit shocking to say the least.

tl;dr, eyeliner seems a bit much on her not-so-childish face, especially on Reverse Annie.

Annie was the first champ I ever bought and I still love playing as her. Yay for visual upgrades. My Goth Annie will be so much more fun to use!

The lines were fine, but the original VA was SO BAD. Like, I don't even know how anyone approved that.
