Definitely a cool idea, but I wonder if it's too much a gameplay benefit? I'm not the best player, so sometimes when I get flustered in a fight I don't realize my ult comes of cooldown, and that would make PF Ez the only champion with an auditory signal that that happens. I'd be interested to ping our designers and get their thoughts.
I'd also be interested if the lines make solid sense in that context, I don't immediately think of 'Calibrating,' 'Targeting,' and 'Charging,' as meaning off cooldown and ready to fire. Might be worth testing around here without giving context to get their reactions.
