New ATI drivers 13.1, install that and it will fix the issue. Just played a game with no flashing at all, hope it works for u all.

I have the same problem with all the updated drivers wing date, my vga is a hd 7770

The 13.1 drivers seem to have fixed this problem.

Catalyst 13.1 seems to have worked for me!

Go to your Catalyst Control Center > Information > Software update to get the new drivers.

Updating the driver now, hopefully that fixes it.

Although the new drivers did fix the problem, I actually saw 2 moments where the flash returned. Just saying.

Glad I'm not the only one having this issue.

PROBLEM gone with latest patch.

13.1 fixed the issues for me, both before and after the latest lol patch.
