Posted earlier, 2 posts up.

After 10+ games today, haven't seen the screen blink once, nor any of the other graphical glitches that have been plaguing me for the past 12 days.

13.2 is a beta driver. I just tried it and am still having the issue. So sad, I havent really played in 2 weeks because of this.

I don't have anything concrete to share. It's not a strait forward fix in the code.

I've been playing despite the visual bugs, no seizures yet and i've raised in ELO. it's not as bother some if you just plan on it being there ol.

I found it odd that the 13.1 drivers were pushed out by AMD 2 days after the flickering in LoL, and were no better than the beta drivers. I believe they were essentially the beta drivers just with a WHQL signature, maybe because it would be bad business practice to have a quarter million customers using your beta drivers to play a relatively simple 3d game. Either way AMD probably didn't expect that they would have to account for the LoL flickering and are trying to make their current drivers more stable. Probably why there's already a 13.2 beta.
