Hello, after playing for this game for quite some time, I have never encountered this issue of being only a short amount of RP away from a skin. After searching through the forums, I discovered that Riot accepts drawings in return for small amounts of RP for situations such as mine. So, not being a great artist at all, I drew a quick sketch of the skin I plan on purchasing (the best I could).

I used a few pictures of Rune Wars Renekton as a reference and added my own details as I made progress.

Also, I would have drawn a dead Teemo for bonus points, but I figured Teemo would never return to lane after seeing someone like this!
