You agreed in the TOS that they can do anything with your account, for any reason they want. Because it's not actually your account, it's theirs, but they let you use it as long as you behave yourself.

It doesnt matter what lawyer you have, I could break your case myself. All I'd have to do was walk into court, present a copy of the TOS and state that you have broken the terms on multiple occasions and as such Riot Games has chosen to revoke your ability to play. There is nothing you could possibly do to fight that case.

Your case wont make it to court. Ever. Youd be trying to argue against a contract you signed. Do you know what that means? Its means no matter how much money, time, effort you put into the account, it was not yours to begin with and you broke the contract you signed when you agreed to loan it from Riot Games.

He would never win in court by stating that. They would think it's a complete joke.

This isn't an episode of South Park. You are accountable for reading the contract and following it. It isn't Riots job to make sure you read it, it is their job to make it available, which it is!, and ensure you know you are agreeing to it.

Read it or not, the law doesn't see it that way. You are responsible for everything you agreed to in it.
