I understand not updated the legendaries because of the extra features (new VO lines, tons of extra particles, etc) but something like green fire on Frankentibbers seems pretty simple when you're already doing a colour swap for an old plain skin.
+1
Riot pls.

I'm assuming its known that Panda Annie's loading screen is currently still Annie Default?

Also, I liked the old shield much better.

Frankentibbers has sparks on his neck bolts and we missed those for this release to PBE, but they'll be present when she goes live. (Thanks to everyone who mentioned that).

If that policy changed, visual upgrades/relaunches would take a considerably longer amount of time. The next champion would be even further away, behind Annie who would more likely be released in March or April. We have a lot of champions to get through. Players have pointed out that champs such as Taric, Sion, Sivir, and more are badly in need of improvements and we strongly agree.

I understand your desire to make skins (old legendaries in particular) even better when we're doing the upgrade. It's not that we don't see the same opportunities that you do - it's just that doing so would cost the team time and resources that could be put towards the next updated champion.
I understand what you're saying and I'll have to respectfully call it a bad idea.

The second half of my message got ignored (or just unaddressed). I would've been perfectly fine if AIW had been updated, but instead you guys added "Panda Annie". So not only does a champion who has, what, 7 skins already get a a new one, but instead of getting the already new particles she gets even newer particles.

How can you justify the excuse of not wanting to waste time when you're already doing it here and now?

No offense, but it seems to lack a little logic from my perspective.

On a slightly related note. I think Annie's Q should match the Q on Panda Annie. The regular version seems too "loose". It's supposed to be a directed "bolt" of fire thrown at the enemy, but it feels like a massive cloud up until the last second before it hits.

I realize that it's more "realistic" but even at 410 MS you have the illusion that your champion is moving much slower than he actually is. Like they're either moving through water or low gravity surface in Annies case. And frankly it's a bit frustrating.

2.Spell effects/particles
They are really high quality and very pretty. However, old effects were more:

2.1. Precise - Fireball looked like fireball, not a pretty orange amorphic blob. You could clearly see where it starts and ends and when it's gonna hit. Now both Q and W look really imprecise, effect wise. Even tho' they're higher quality.
2.2. Looked more fiery - As fancy the new effects are - old effects looked more like real fire. New effects are so layered they look more lava than fire.

3.Frankentibbers Annie
Please make it have Green fire and/or Lightining effects. Classic red fire doesn't fit the skin at all.

Thank you.

This. Are these really the final particles?

Personally, I don't like how her new Q and basic attack look so similar. It could get confusing at certain times in battle (can't really think of a good example, to be honest, but it's still bothersome). I also have to agree with others on the new shield animation, it doesn't look like it's supposed to hurt. More like, "Oooh, pretty colors."

I don't have the problem with her AA and Q but I see where you're coming from. I have the problem with Q and W. For the first few moments of the spell, they look pretty identical. The only thing seperating them (I think) is the hand movements because she "throws" her Q and "pushes" her W, and then Q FINALLY directs itself seemingly towards one person but most of it is very flare-ey and indirect.

Like I said before, it's too loose and free. Sure it might imitate real fire dispersing, but for a projectile it's pretty shocking. Look at Brands Q, THAT is what a fire projectile is.

Sorry if what I'm asking is common knowledge, but my google-fu didn't suffice and PBE signups are closed...
A few people in this thread have mentioned the Panda Annie skin, and I really want it after seeing some videos of her. Is it a legendary skin? If not, is it the standard skin price of 975 RP?

Her previous Molten Shield was my least favorite thing about her before. It obscured the actual model and turned her into a little girl in a hamster ball. It was lame. I definitely prefer the vibrant ring of fire around her now.

Her walk (or skip) is off. Looks really bad, like she's floating along or something.
