As stated, when i first came back to the league. I played with maxed out graphics in a borderless screen and easily averaged 60 fps with vsync. I was almost always first to load with a lovely 20ish ping.

I decided it was time for a reformat though after the game decided to hang on match loads, leaving me still loading while everyone connects as summoning. Happily reformat with dreams of speed. Log in for a match. Same issues. Any idea?

Drivers are updated and since it is a clean install, not sure what I can do with it now.

I've attempted a reformat.
Updated the Graphics Driver
Repaired the LoL client.
Played with minimal settings

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
