Ryze has the most skins out of all champs, yet...

None of them have any noticeable particle/animation changes, why?

Edit: I like how everyone ignored my initial post, this is NOT about who has the most skins in the game.

IF you count the unavailable skins, Ryze has the most total if I am not wrong.

Teemo has 5, veigar 6, MANY champions have 5 skins, which is how many Ryze has

Almost half of his skins are unobtainable though, being legacy or some other thing like triumphant Ryze.

Actually to sound a little accurate, the Champions with the most Skins (Avaliable right now, so it is not including any legendary, not avaliable ones) are Twisted Fate and Veigar with 6 alternate skins each. Ryze might have a few skins because on LoL's release, the was only 14 champs i think, and Ryze was pretty popular...

Spell Flux yo. Yeah, his old ult when it was Spell Flux I hear was crazy (I think I joined after they reworked him, or I just didn't see him till after the rework, I can't remember when that happened).
