A lux should be able to crush him early so the bug never really gets big. Khaz is doing his job if he's crushing squishies when he's fed.

For real op, see Rengar with a sword of the divine. Now that's gross haha.

Does he do 800 damage? If so then he's definitely a contender it seems.

They did effectively nerf his W though. Passive damage was lowered, and slow applied by passive lowered. These both reduce the effectiveness of his evolved W pretty substantially.

That being said, if you are losing to any assassin and continue to build squishy on an AP or AD carry they will (and should be able to) splat you pretty quick if you don't build anything to survive longer (armor/mr/health... you pick).
