I did study on 14k cases. Of 14k cases, there were 382 permabans.

If we extrapolate out to 6 million cases, we would get...163.7k new accounts. Which is a literally a drop in the bucket of total number of accounts.

But I believe the true problem is the high rate of false positives offered by the Tribunal.

If there's a lot of false positives they're not posting here. I see maybe one every week. Hardly a "high" rate considering the volume of reports being judged - even after extrapolating to include the number of people just not posting here.

I accept my ban 100%, however, I do believe it was a false positive.

I am also certain that many others are banned for even less.

Well, that's kind of the nature of the system. The line does fluctuate a little. As someone who has read your case, I don't consider you a false positive.

Where your personal line is will vary but "generally" speaking the line is pretty clear cut.
