I know that they replaced Ionic Spark in S3 with the Statik Shiv (or something like that) but I really liked Ionic Spark much more.
I think either Statik Shiv should be buffed or Ionic Spark should be brought back (maybe slightly different).
I just miss that it only took 4 hits to activate and the little extra health that it gave.
Maybe you could bring it back with a little less attack speed or something so it isn't exactly the same as Statik Shiv. I just really want it back ;'(
