In my personal opinion, everything you just said is completely irrelevant.
The only thing that matters is the law laid down by Riot. At present time, I believe that a violation of the established guidelines from Riot leads to a ban, which increases to a perma-ban. This is what matters and why I am attempting to seek guidance.
There is no such thing as a "
grey area", there are rules, and the rules must be followed.
I violated the rules and accept my ban 100%, I personally, believe (most of) the rules are incredibly draconian, but I'm just a guy...
Though I called a guy a jackhole in game 2. GG. I have no excuse for that kind of behavior.
