You seem to believe that the way you communicate is some sort of immutable truth. It's not. If you can't communicate with people in a way that doesn't make them feel insulted that IS your problem because it's specifically what causes the majority of all bans.

It doesn't matter if you're cursing or not, if the majority of people you encounter feel like you're talking down to them then you'll be reported for it.

The reason people are "lashing out" at you is the same reason tribunal goers will hit punish. We're not you, we see the same "talking down" to your team that your team mates do. It's why they report you and it's why people hit punish.

Nobody (mostly nobody) is reporting you for your scores. They're reporting you for how you communicate with the team. You can also count on Tribunal members to not really care about your final scores (unless they're WAY out of line). Everyone in there is looking at how you communicate with your team.

The consensus is that the way you talk to others is condescending. If you want to continue playing this game on your account it's absolutely relevant.

Excuse me but at no point did I ever bring up my scores as a defense.
That is nonsense and only a big fool would try to use score as a shield.

Score is irrelevant when it comes to disciplinary action.

I made several mistakes (The Nasus game was NOT one of them) which I 100% acknowledge were unacceptable.

I am aware of that. You are trying to avoid a punish on your next case, if it appears, not asking for a pardon on your current one, which is why I phrased my thoughts the way I did.

Guys, if OP thinks your opinions are irrelevant and doesn't want them, then so be it.

Now if you wanted to ask Lyte directly, the best and most efficient way to do so is not to post on these forums but to email him.

(After looking over your report card I probably would have pardoned if I was in charge of your case, despite the singular comment, and your case had a close majority.)

Maybe you're right, but I have seen Riot members give advice(As evidenced by the linked thread) on this forum which is labeled "Tribunal Ban Inquiries".
This is(according to all indications)the appropriate venue for precisely this type of inquiry...
