i'm wondering if anyone has created a build with these two items, for champions that have both decent magic attacks and physical attacks for a constant and powerful slow?

i know it won't stack, but for say champs with cooldowns greater than the 3secs, would the mallet take over then and help during the cooldown?

It's a Troll Build. You can do it on any champ you want. Just don't expect it to be that good.

Jax, Teemo, Mundo can use it slightly better than the standard troll, but even then...

This combination might be good on Shyvana.

I don't understand how Jax benefits from a Rylai's Crystal Scepter. His E is the on ability he has that can deal damage to a champion he's not auto-attacking... and if you take damage from that, you're stunned...
