My fellow summoners,

Please help me with the return of my hacked then perma banned account. Here is my story.

I un-installed my league of legends account just before beginning year 12, I recently came back to start playing again until i found that the username/password was incorrect. I contacted the riot support team and eventually after many emails back and forth i got my password reset and i was able to change my details.

I went to log in and it had told me I was banned till September 2286, after not playing for 10 months I was shocked at why i had been banned so I contacted the same support member from riot and asked about this ban. He gave me the tribunal link to why i was banned and my IGN was different, someone else had been playing on my account.

The support specialist told me he couldn't unban my account because the reasons for banning were justified however it wasn't me playing and i had no clue someone was on my account for an entire year.

Please support me to get this account unbanned so I can continue to play league! (keep in mind I've spent countless hours playing league and also close to $500 on skins and champions.

1)Did anyone have your account information?

2) Is "StarVelocity" the account that got permabanned?

1. For all we know, you could by lying.
2. The community doesn't really change if you get banned or not.
3. From what I reading, I think you're lying. (I didn't say you ARE a liar, but I think you are.)
First off, the whole "I suddenly started playing again and suddenly I'm banned" seems fishy to me. I think you probably did something wrong to get you perma-banned and just made up an excuse to get pity. Again, this is an assumption. You could be a nice guy for all I know.

Secondly, if you spent 100s of dollars on skins and champions, I highly doubt you'd leave for a high period of time and then come back randomly with your account "suddenly" banned. Suspicious, if you ask me.


There's really no proof that you're offering us so you will not get unbanned.

I wouldnt of left but my parents stopped me from gaming during final year of high school. I am not lying i'm telling 100% truth, if riot looked at the purchase history for the last year i guarantee there would be different paypal account/phone numbers etc. I never gave out any account information which makes it even weirder, when i left the account the IGN was opticx, and now it's StarVelocity.

Whether its valid or not, your best chance to get someone to look into it is NOT on the forums, but on a support ticket.

He did ask the support about it and didn't get a good response.

It doesn't matter if you say you're telling the truth or not, because that could be a lie too. Then again, could be the truth!

I think you probably gave out account information, or didn't keep your passwords secure or safe. Either that, or someone's been downloading prons.

Sadly, there's nothing anybody can do since there is no proof.
If Riot unbans your account.. it's a biased case in which they would have to un- ban millions of other toxic people.

The ban was justified for the person who was on the account. Those actions can't be taken back.

If your account really was hacked into, it's unfortunate for you since nobody can do anything.

Even if Riot looks at purchase history /etc you could've changed all that yourself.

You mean favorable, right? It sure wouldn't be a good response to me if I was him.
Though in my point of view, it was good. It shows that Riot cares for their community and that they listen.

Complaining about it into the forums isn't going to make it better. Definitely won't help his situation. Its sorta like all those comments that tend to be punished in Tribunal, if it doesn't help the situation, why do it. Same idea.

If you can prove you did not do this then there should not be an issue. Prove to Riot you did not do this or that someone else did.

If something was done with your account, It's your responsibility - If your silly and run spyware, your problem - although it would be nice if Riot did a Steam guard equivalent.
