I un-installed my league of legends account just before beginning year 12, I recently came back to start playing again until i found that the username/password was incorrect. I went to log in and it had told me I was banned till September 2286, after not playing for 10 months I was shocked at why i had been banned so I contacted the same support member from riot and asked about this ban. He gave me the tribunal link to why i was banned and my IGN was different, someone else had been playing on my account.
The support specialist told me he couldn't unban my account because the reasons for banning were justified however it wasn't me playing and i had no clue someone was on my account for an entire year.
Please support me to get this account unbanned so I can continue to play league! (keep in mind I've spent countless hours playing league and also close to $500 on skins and champions.

If I knew that you were telling the truth, I might vote for an unban. However you need to understand something. If a forum post with a typed out promise were enough alone to unban a banned account, don't you think it would be to trivial for people who are legitimately banned to get their account back? What would stop toxic players from ruining this community simply by claiming that their accounts were hacked and it wasn't them?
Put yourself in the shoes of someone reading your post for a moment, or the post of someone who is actually a toxic player in the community. If you are telling the truth, then I know this is unfair to you, but there's nothing that can be done about this without being unfair to the rest of the community.
Furthermore, accusing Riot Games of being unfair to you, is not being fair to them. It's not their fault, it's the fault of those who hacked your account. Riot provides a large amount of people with quality entertainment and puts an enormous amount of effort to keep it clean, and sometimes, things are going to slip through the cracks. Punishing them for things that are done by toxic people who'd take advantage of the hard work and effort put out by Riot Games is very unfair.
