I've been Playing League of Legends since before the start of season one but was only for fun, now i'm looking to improve and start playing at a decent level but when i solo Q for ranked always end up with people that even by my standards are retarded.

I have over 1100 normal q wins and currently sit 1265 elo, feel my strongest as ap mid but for sake of team will play anything.

Would someone like to help me improve my game as well as get me away from the stupidity that is people new to ranked games?
