Basically the M5 organization couldn't support paying their salaries anymore. They got another sponsor in BENQ for a while, but ultimately it was only a temporary solution.

Because they are no longer part of Moscow 5......

M5 couldn't afford to keep a LoL team going, so they released them.

This is partially correct. Moscow 5 was created a while ago and had many teams on it, for various games such as CS and other, they even have a women's division of Moscow 5... Their owner went to jail and the sponsors of the LoL team freaked out, so they split off.

Может быть потому что теперь все не живут в москве, или они не все русски.

The owner was arrested by the FBI for stealing millions of dollars through credit card fraud, I think there might've been identity theft and possible mob connections in there to, but I'm a lot shakier on that than I know he stole millions with credit card fraud and that it was the FBI that arrested him.

M5 organization dropped them as a team because their manager was stealing money from the organization.

They were picked up by the organization Gambit Gaming.

Most pro teams are sponsored and owned by major organizations. Curse and Dignitas for example

No, but it happened in Amsterdam under the behest of the USA.

It's on their website about why LoL team left.
