Description: when you upgrade the sightstone with the ruby one, if you die after deplete the 5 stacks of wards, then the rubysightsone say you have 5 again (as normal) but you only can drop one and then the icon show like you use all the stacks

Repro steps:
1. upgrade sigthstone to ruby one and wait till 20mins or more of the game.
2. deplete the stack and die.
3. try to use more than 1 ward
4. This occurs between 5/10 and 3/10 times and happens in live too at this moment.


P.S. i label this as major due is pretty annoying to be in middle of the map and only be able to drop 1 ward (especially at middle of a game) and having to drop 2 or more wards at nexus to test first is hilarious :P
