Requires Kindlegem + Cloth Armor + Rejuvenation Bead.

Can we just make it Kindlegem + Emblem of Valor (Cloth Armor + Rejuvenation Bead)?

It really doesn't make much sense to me in this case, and it's quite frustrating.

would interfere with aegis and banner of command. Dont see it in many games so it needs something.

I guess they just didn't want the health regeneration aura on Locket. I wouldn't be able to explain why. Locket's amazing as it is right now anyway.

Well, they've taken away passives on other items like Warden's Mail into Frozen Heart, so I don't see what the big deal is, really. They could just remove the health regen passive.

Warden's mail: Cold Steel - If you are hit by basic attacks slows attacker
Frozen Heart: Cold Steel - Slow attack of enemies in range

The passive wasn't removed, it was amplified.

but the FH doesnt slow movspd, while the warden does

Doesn't anymore. Warden's Mail only slows attack speed.

Look. Point is, it makes sense to put the Emblem of Valor as a requirement for Locket.
