Not sure what you're getting at here. Both the items are COMPLETELY different. Sanguine blade is basically the proving grounds version of Bloodthirster, so you can't really compare them. Also, the active on blade of the ruined king is way better than anything the sanguine blade has, so you're point is kinda invalid.
