I like how you refer to it as a call of duty mind frame. Because thats really what it is. People are usually in it for themselves. Thats why you see bush watchers just sitting in the bush waiting for you to do all the damage, then jumping in last minute to get the kill. You living or dying is the least of their concern, they just want you to do enough damage for them to get the kill so they can come out of the game, win or lose, positive. People with the COD mind frame are all about having a good kdr. Then you get the classic, " Im not a noob, look at my score scrub. Im positive. " lololol. Kill steals actually do matter. Would you rather a skilled player get the gold from the kills or a noob who just runs around in circles and hides bushes waiting to get the last hit. The noob player is not going to carry you. Its important that the kills go to a good champ, and a good player. Xerath can last hit all day, he will still be a tier 3 champ in competitive and solo. Practically no one knows how to play him, and hes about as unknown as karma.
