teemo is ment to be a support and by that logic he should have high manna costs and low damage not this whole i can nuke you from full hp with two shrooms ignoring the fact you have MR or just AA 3 times and Q and your dead >.> if we cant remove him lets make him what hes meant to be (A SUPPORT)

and teemo mains incomeing
