Well, the level 30 has got to game with low levels... He is queing with low level friends, so no matter what match he lands in its going to be lopsided win ratios/snowball game.

Since this has been done, I've had some ridiculously lopsided games. It's ruining ranked for me. We're talking a full team of 1450s against a full team of 1550s. Another game I was placed into a game of full 1650s as a 1550. I've lost my last 6 games because of unbalances like this.

the matchmaking takes into consideration the amount of champions that uses a player?

I've played games where my teammates can play only 3-4 champions

YES YES YES YES YES. I have definately noticed a sudden boost in skill of the teammates I get in ranked games. I have not lost a ranked match yet since the update.. WHY DIDNT YOU DO THIS SOONER?!?!?!?!?!?!

Is there a plateau? For instance, 1 win vs. 1000 wins is a big difference. But 3000 wins vs. 4000 wins, not so much...?

Thank god. Playing with people that only focus on minions, "mopping up", etc and leaving the towers to someone else is so annoying(and usually game losing).
