Mafia Graves not showing in skin selection

Why does Riot Graves show up in champ select but Mafia Graves does not. I just bought it and can't even use it...

I don't know if this will help, but i just changed my ''cookie'' option allowing everything. And it worked. Fixed a problem where the top box in main screen kept saying there was a connection problem with PvP.net as well. Good luck!
