I was playing a lot of jungle yi today and it happened several times where my Q would be on cooldown, but it would show that it isnt. This interface bug is very annoying. Most of the time it happened when I was doing red buff.

This bug have been here for awhile. I think its been here since the beginning of season 3. Dont you hate it when you think your gonna get a kill but then realize your q isnt working

This bug occurs if you issue a movement command whilst in the Q animation, from what I've found.
