So I was playing Jarvan in the new patch where his EQ bug was supposedly fixed however I encountered the bug again. I was playing top against a Jayce.
1. I smart casted my flag
2. I smart casted my dragon strike right after using demacian standard
3. jarvan hit the flag and lunged towards it however jayce didn`t get knocked up

I have a video clip but i don`t know how to post it on this forum. This has only happened once so far in about 5 games, i have yet to encounter it again.
