Riot, fix it already
Or you might as well disable him, because it's literally removing **** tons of his damage output and can cause him to die in urgent teamfights or 1v1s in lane
for those who don't know, its whenever he casts his ult, he self silences himself and can't cast spells for 1-2 seconds.
