Yeah I have that problem too. Since the patch my ping is usually a little higher and nothing is on my network other than this laptop I use and my other laptop I use mainly for network monitoring and programming my game I am creating. Other then that that is it.

I am sure they have heard about this and are working on fixing it. One would hope so. I think it will get better though just wait it out and see.
