The color, characteristics or gender of the champions have absolutely no effect on the outcome of the game. Most popular games, literature, movies, and anything else with an audience will use visuals that the latter can relate to. Games like League Of Legends is a program with set mathematical instructions. They don't need to have humanoids, monsters or creatures of any type as a visual in order for the game to be played through. It could be multiple dots of different colors or shapes with set programmed skills. Racism and bigotry has no business in here.

Why do you assume any of these champions are any ethnicity found on earth? Do you think all people should be categorized by the pigment of their skin? The racist one here is you, assuming there should be the same amount of color even on fictional planets.

Also, if anyone was to be black, they would be from places like the desert where the sunlight would have been so abundant that the pigment in their skin increased. As far as we know, almost all the people in the desert are now dead with the exception of Zilean.

Right now the champions are from temperate and cold environments, where black skin would have been hazardous to your death due to not being able to absorb enough sunlight. This is why ashe is so pale.
