I can see that there is a box where my summoner icon should be (next to my name), however it is scaled much larger than it should be and overlaps text in that panel.

Hi RiotShiminerisa.

I was on the PBE this morning (~9am EST 1/21/13) and noticed that this issue seemed to have been fixed. It is now 6pm and the problem has returned.
