Just wondering which would be best and explanation would be nice. If you want to throw out your build using Blade of the ruined king or bloodthirster it would help me alot! Thanks for reading this, I hope you can help me.

If you're going against high HP opponents, Ruined King is nice for its passive. Also, if you're building a LOT of AD, Ruined King is nice for its active which scales to 50% of your AD.

Otherwise, Bloodthirster is more total AD and more life steal.

i saw ruined king blade over BT everytime.

the real choice is between RKB and hydra

only thing BT has is higher pure AD. RKB gives you way more lifesteal, remember the onhit heals you and so does the active.the on-hit goes nice with his W, as well. adding 12% hp shred when raged, and ranged slow for extra chasing?
Its undeniably better than BT for renekton.

hydra if you want more pure dmg. RKB if you want some utility.

the blade is better the less damage items you have. BT is better the more damage items you have.

i think BOTRK is more for adc than bruisers.

My full build consists of Mercs-BT-Sunfire-B Cleaver-Randuins-Maw. BoTRK would work against a team with champions like Mundo, Volibear, Cho'Gath, etc. The fact your W would proc it 3 times would be cool.
