I was just wondering if this was an intended effect.

I know Master Yi is not affected by slowing effects when he uses his ult. But do the slowing effects get put on him and have no effect or do they not go on him at all?

I know that Permafrost can't slow Yi during his ult but shouldn't it at least activate to do damage on him? Just checking to see if this is intended.

Its something Sejuani players are asking for... the separation of the mark (frost) and the what it does (slow).

So right now it is intended... or working "correctly".
