its simple, dont leave games, dont start games you cant finnish, and you wont have a problem

I dont ever leave or afk, i just want to see if there are any tricks to best using the system to stop afking/leaving better.

Umm.. you stop leaving and afking? It sounds like you're trying to game the system (i.e., leave but not get punished for it). Please tell me that's not what you're doing...
