[Game Client] Dr.Mundo invisible cleaver

i just played a game on summoner's rift, Dr.Mundo was able to throw his infected cleaver(Q) and make it invisible...

is it a bug or what?

I know dat feel bro. I played vs a Mundo with the executioner skin and his cleavers were invisible....
He said it was the glitch part of then skin, idk if it's really true, but god knows it's annoying.
Plz fix it riot.
