You might NOT know me but in the past I had suggested Flora, which got an amazing response from you wonderful people. Therefore, I have now again tried my hand at another champion. Hopefully you guys enjoy reading about him as much as I enjoyed creating him.

Passively, after every few attacks, Finn shoots an electric arrow that zaps some nearby targets. Activating the skill allows Finn to consecutively a limited number of electric arrows. The skill loses it's passive ability when it is on cool-down.
