However, if for some reason, there is a health cost, then that will be mimicked

For the cool-down bit, yeah I think I need to look for either making them cost more energy or reducing energy.

I like this champion idea quite a lot, looks like something that would go good in kill lanes/duo lanes and team fights. But the Q looks way overpowered. High base, stupidly high ratio, added CC onto it, just seems a little....unnecessary. Other than that, I like it!

This guy is like, the ultimate support thing. Seems scarier than Blitzcrank.

His Ultimate seems pretty cool. I like that idea, however, I honestly thing Riot would say that it would take a LOT of work for ONE champion and be able to make animations for ALL 100+ champions Lol..
