Rengar's cooldown timer on Battle Roar doesnt properly update with CDR. It rounds the cooldown to the nearest integer rather than displaying as a decimal. Probably a problem with integer/Double values.
Recreate:
1. Pick rengar
2. Buy cool down reduction
3. Notice the cooldown on W always being a whole number, and with slight CDR purchases, remains the same.
